What will you do
Leads or coordinates cross-functional project/program teams from design to delivery of fully-developed products that are ready for customer use.
Monitors performance and recommends schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource additions.
Investigates facts and develops solutions to problems during the design and planning phases.
Provides timely and accurate information and status updates to functional leaders.
May be responsible for feasibility studies and field trials management.
Who we want
BS/MS Engineering degree and a minimum of 5 or more years’ experience leading Projects for Operations or R&D.
Assist in management of multiple engineering projects; prioritize tasks and assign team members to ensure that the team's overall resources are used effectively and that project deadlines are met.
Evaluate and authorize changes that significantly impact the scope, budget, or timeline of a project.
Lead engineering projects; monitor progress and performance against the project plan; identify and resolve operational problems and minimize delays.
Manage ongoing relationships with external contractors so that the organization receives satisfactory standards of service.
