Our Operations Leadership Development Program provides high potential recent college graduates with the opportunity to accelerate their career through a variety of learning experiences. Participants will receive challenging rotations in three to four functional areas which may include: Manufacturing Engineering; Manufacturing Production Control; Warehousing, Distribution, and Logistics; Quality Management Systems; Supplier Quality Engineering; Operations Project Management. Upon program completion, participants will have gained a valuable understanding of our end-to-end value chain and will transition to a permanent position within Bose Manufacturing Global Supply Chain division.

The position will be based at Bose Global Corporate Headquarters in Framingham, Massachusetts. Rotational assignments may be worldwide.

Qualifications: Bose Leadership Development Programs are highly selective. To be considered candidates must have:

Authorization to work in the U.S. without restriction or sponsorship

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain or related field

Academic achievement with overall minimum GPA of 3.2

6 months minimum to 2 years maximum cumulative relevant work experience

Skills

Capacity to lead, motivate and influence through effective communications

High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

SAP experience preferred

Proven track record of success and results
