We are looking for a talented Recruiter to join our team. The Technical Recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruiting process for our Digital Agency in Phoenix, AZ, as well as assist our other companies in recruiting/hiring as needed.

We are looking for a candidate with a hunter mentality; one who has a real passion for finding talent and providing exceptional customer service to hiring managers, employees and job candidates. The Technical Recruiter should be visible, approachable and available to candidates and employees. He/she will commit to keep candidates, managers and HR informed of status of queries, issues/concerns, and follow up through closure.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Obtains resumés from various sources as per established process; screens, reviews and recommends candidates.
  • Ensures consistent corporate image throughout recruiting campaigns.
  • Builds and nurtures talent pool through creative sourcing techniques including social networking, referrals, networking, direct sourcing, and advanced internet sourcing
  • Conducts screening interviews independently or together with hiring managers and refers screened candidates for further consideration and onboarding.
  • Coordinates with management and HR the induction of new recruits into the organization, including initial introduction to and training on digital/agency systems.
  • Generates and monitors metrics that improve sourcing efficiencies and demonstrate ROI.
  • Complies with the company’s policies and standards.
  • Identifies and participates in continuous improvement initiatives, with an emphasis on organizational culture development initiatives.
  • Employees may be assigned other duties, in addition to, or in lieu of those described above, according to the needs of the location or Company.

Qualifications & Experience;

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 3-5 years’ experience sourcing and recruiting specialized talent within:
  • Data Analytics
  • Local SEO (Google My Business)
  • Organic SEO
  • Content strategist
  • Paid Media (Adwords / Facebook)
  • Account Management
  • Project Management
  • Mobile App Development
  • Software QA Automation
  • User Experience (UX)
  • Web Development
  • All level of recruitment (entry level to Director level) * Experience in a Tech-company is a plus
  • Advanced recruiting experience leveraging social networking avenues such as LinkedIn and Facebook
  • Excellent communication skills - ability to work cross functionally between departments/locations
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with hiring managers and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience
  • Candidates must be able to legally work and reside in the US, without sponsorship.
