Clean and maintain maintenance facilities and areas according to established company standards.
Work under close supervision to support maintenance staff with maintenance operations.
Purchase and gather parts and supplies as needed by the maintenance staff.
Applies federal, state, and Company regulations, policies, and procedures.
Perform duties to assist with shipping and receiving as needed.
Perform building maintenance duties required by departmental supervision.
Detail some company owned equipment during winter season.
Assist mechanics in snow removal during the winter season.
This job normally requires a level of knowledge in maintenance equivalent to that which would be acquired through the completion of high school or equivalent certification. Demonstration of directly related work experience, which has provided an equivalent breadth, and depth of knowledge may be considered in lieu of the educational requirement.
Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, maintain an attention to accuracy and detail, while working in a team or group environment.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and written, with customers, employees and management.
This job normally requires some experience in positions involving building maintenance. Current valid state driver’s license is required. Familiarity with mechanic’s hand tools is preferred.
Ability to lift 75 pounds
Ability to work outdoors in winter environments.
