The Scrum Master will work across the account to promote awareness and adoption of Lean-Agile values, principles, processes and technical practices.
Exhibit Lean-Agile leadership and helping team members embrace Agile values, adopting and applying Agile Principles, and implementing Agile practices.
Keep your the team focused on daily and iteration goals; and helps achievement with respect to quality, flow and velocity.
Facilitate your team’s retrospective, and lead the team’s improvement efforts.
Facilitate all team meetings, including, but not limited to, the daily stand-up, Iteration Planning, Team Demo, and Iteration Retrospective.
Support the Product Owner with respect to priorities and scope.
Actively address impediments such as getting support from other teams when required.
Promote Agile quality practices so the team can meet its goals.
Provide communication to other Agile teams.
Guide the team in estimating the team’s work.
5+ years of Scrum Master experience
Strong command of Lean-Agile principles, practices and frameworks including: Scrum, Kanban, XP and SAFe
One of the following certifications: Certified Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Professional, SAFe Advanced Scrum Master
Knowledge of technical software engineering practices (e.g. – BDD, TDD, continuous integration, continuous delivery, pair programming)
An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
