L3Harris ADS is looking for a self-starting, team oriented Software Developer to join our team. Primary responsibilities will be designing, developing, testing, and deploying a PKI-enabled web application for our Government Customer. The successful candidate will require strong communication skills and work directly with the customer in a collaborative agile team environment.Other duties include:

Support an agile team in the development, testing, and publishing of robust and stable, PKI enabled web-application software
Support development efforts towards successful project delivery while adhering to high-quality development principles to effect delivery of solutions on-time and on-budget
Assist in the collection and documentation of user's requirements, development of user stories, estimates and roadmaps/plans
Package and support deployment of releases
Interface with application users and other contractors to ensure the successful integration, testing and transition of the application to operations
Analyze and resolve technical and application problems
Provide technical support to teammates through coaching and mentorship as required
Research and evaluate a variety of software products, techniques and alternatives
Participate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code
Assess opportunities for application and process improvement and prepare documentation for team members and other parties

Clearance - Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph

Required:
Bachelor�s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
6 or more years in software development/engineering, including requirements analysis, software development, installation, integration, evaluation, enhancement, maintenance, testing, and problem diagnosis/resolution

Experience with Java, JavaScript (React, Angular)

Experience with relational databases (such as PostgreSQL)

Experience with Linux (RHEL)

Experience with Shell Scripting (Bash)

Experience with Git (Version Control)

Experience with Splunk integration (or other monitoring solutions)

Recent experience in Agile development environment to include continuous integration

Knowledge of Atlassian Tool suite (JIRA, Confluence)

Networking Experience

Internally motivated, able to work proficiently both independently and in a team environment

Desired:
Experience designing and developing applications that contain a user-facing view component
Experience with Cross Domain Solutions

Experience with data content inspection methods (Glasswall)

Security+ certification

Understanding of PKI and certificate services

This position can be hired at either a Level 2 or Level 3 based on the candidate's qualifications as they relate to the skills, experience and responsibility requirements for the position.
