We are creating The Future of Work and we need an Enterprise Solutions Sales Architect to help bring these solutions to life in the Enterprise. The Go-to-Market AR/VR Enterprise team is seeking a talented people manager to lead the Solutions Sales Architect team, as part of the global client facing Enterprise Channel Development organization. As the Manager, you will be responsible for leading, developing and coaching a team of highly skilled client-facing non-engineering technical SAs focused on deploying and integrating AR/VR solutions with the world’s most forward-thinking enterprise partners.
Working closely with the account management, product management and engineering teams, you will be responsible for developing trusted and highly credible cross-functional relationships. In this dynamic role, you will lead the team in the development and implementation of enduring and scalable processes to enable the long-term growth and success of our AR and VR enterprise solutions.
Lead, develop, manage and grow the Solution Sales Architect’s organization by actively recruiting while coaching and mentoring your team.
Enable and lead initiatives that support the development of efficiency and scale in day-to-day operations.
Provide clear and actionable feedback to the product and engineering teams highlighting the areas of greatest opportunity.
Develop and maintain a depth of industry, client and product knowledge that enables you to be effective as a leader and credible as a thought partner while fostering knowledge sharing across teams.
Understand the Oculus runtime and software stack for both PC and Mobile platforms.
Work closely with our developer partners to integrate Oculus hardware into custom VR experiences.
Develop tools, documentation, sample code, and other materials to help scale Oculus’ business platform products.
Where applicable, you seek to institute new processes to operationalize best practices. As a leader in the organization, see the big picture and work well with cross-functional stakeholders to enable AR/VR overall sales goals.
Engage with peers to plan and execute a common set of objectives.
Develop understanding of the AR/VR system architecture, integration components and APIs.
Build knowledge on security, compliance and regulatory requirements.
Engage with clients to understand their business objectives and challenges, assist with customer engagement.
Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% of time.
5+ years experience as a Sales Engineer or Technical Sales Consultant.
Knowledge of VR platforms and APIs.
Experience with Unity/Unreal, and Android native development.
Experience communicating to both technical and business audiences.
Experience translating engineering needs into strategic plans and vice versa.
Software development experience with C++ or C#.
