Job Description:
The Project Manager responsibilities include:
Manage end-to-end execution for assigned projects and/or specific segments of a larger, complex project
Develop/maintain project plans, initiating implementation programs, creating status reports, presenting status to senior executives and tracking progress
Ensure issues/risks are proactively identified, appropriately escalated and include alternative approaches/mitigation plans and manage to resolution
Communicate, influence and negotiate both vertically and horizontally to obtain partnership and engagement required to deliver project deliverables
Represent the project in various governance and inter-department forums, as appropriate

Required Skills:
Excellent change management skills, including ability to think end-to-end, process design, business requirements, employee/operational readiness, testing and implementation
Excellent project management skills, including the ability to meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities without sacrificing quality or timelines
Excellent analytical and presentation skills
Excellent communication (written and oral), influencing and facilitation skills
Ability to lead in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
Self-motivated, self-directed
Proficient with Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio)
3-5 years change management, project management, PMO, finance or similar experience
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

Desired Skills:
Regulatory Reporting, Finance Management, Accounting or similar background/experience
Experience with BAC enterprise change processes and methodologies (Waterfall/Agile)
Experience with BAC project management tools (i.e., PPRT, Nexus, SharePoint, Discovery)
Six Sigma, PMP certified
