Customer Service Representative

ATAB Insurance Services - Houston, TX


Duties include: checking alerts, following up with client memos and notices, keeping databases up to date with client information, rating quotes, following up to cross-sell business, managing phone calls, completing service requests, corresponding with clients for information needed to quote, and working with various carriers and underwriters to obtain the best quotes.


  • Experience working in a customer service role, preferable in a retail property and casualty insurance agency
  • Must have Property & Casualty insurance license (if not licensed, must obtain within 30 days of employment)
  • Must be comfortable with computers and handling various emails, customer management systems, and carrier sites. Must also be comfortable with Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Positive attitude and ability to multi-task

Salary range:

$27,000 - $35,000+ depending on level of experience. Quarterly incentives awarded for overall agency performance.
