Description & Requirements
The Manager- AFH Finance - Field/DDT Performance provides an outstanding opportunity to gain broad experience in the Finance Business Unit. This individual will have exposure to the full P&L and will participate in BU wide projects and initiatives. There will be opportunities to contribute analytics and provide input on key strategies and plans across the categories. You will be responsible for drawing conclusions from the analytics and reports provided by the budget planning team and working cross-functionally (sales- marketing- operations- etc.) to drive change. There will be significant interaction with the Senior Leadership team and category experts. The Manager also plays a key role on designing and running rituals and routines within its respective channel- therefore collaborating with senior leadership and the commercial teams.
Key Components of the role
Support BU planning and forecasting processes including monthly Kraft Heinz Business Management cycle (monthly performance review- gap closing- etc.)- major forecasts- Strategic Plan- and Annual Operating Plan
Analytical support on BU strategic initiatives
Cross-category analytics on pricing actions/sensitivities
Provide linkage to enterprise-wide process improvement initiatives and leverage best practices to improve- streamline and harmonize internal practices (Rituals and Routines)
Significant ad hoc opportunities for leadership and analytics
BS in Finance/Accounting or Business Administration required
Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in Finance/Accounting
FiT and SAP skills desired
Prior Category- Corporate FP&A and/or BU experience preferred
Demonstrated strong analytical skills and broad business acumen
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
Ability to work autonomously and think independently
Excel technical skills along with systems agility
Ability to recognize opportunities to simplify processes and create efficiencies
