Job Summary

The Administrative Assistant will create a positive and professional impression of Rose Hill POA and provide outstanding service through answering incoming telephone calls and providing administrative support to Management.

Responsibilities and Duties

The Admin will retrieve incoming calls, answer questions to the degree possible to ensure minimal transferring of callers ranging from requests for standard paperwork, committee documents and community information, routes phone calls to the appropriate POA personnel and guides callers to the appropriate links on our community website when applicable.

The Admin will maintain front office forms, applications and information packets. The admin will be responsible for daily cash flow, ARB permits, scheduling of Colleton Point events, issuing community decals, media outlets, membership directory and real estate requests. The Admin will generate correspondence including owner correspondence, assist in contract preparation, document editing, etc. This can include confidential and sensitive information.

The Admin will assist in creating presentations, document preparation, and other meeting preparation.

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Education and/or Experience

The Admin must encompass a high school degree and at least 2 years of experience in an administrative role; must be able to multitask in a dynamic team environment, with little direction, and be detail oriented with strong organization skills. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, a strong sense of customer service with internal and external customers and experience working in a team environment a plus.

Computer Skills

Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite (MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, Publisher and MS PowerPoint). Experience using TOPS or other industry standard software a plus.

Salary: $13.00 to $15.00 /hour
