We are seeking an outgoing, professional and driven Executive Stylist to join our New York team. Our Stylists are passionate about building relationships, flexible and mobile to create a brand presence within the community, provide an unsurpassed service experience to our customers and produce consistent results.

The expectations for an Executive Stylist are:
Serve our customers as an expert consultant on luxury custom menswear to include the assessment of fit, fabrication, garment construction and providing the best customer experience tailored to the needs of our customers
Build, manage and grow your own book of business through various external prospecting initiatives by attending networking and social events, planning and hosting customer appreciation events, in-person meetings with clients, local community involvement and directing customer outreach
Lead showroom and on-site customer appointments to provide hands-on wardrobe consulting services and assist with the garment selection, measurement and order process
Build and enhance relationships with our customers by providing continual communication with our customers throughout the garment order and delivery process but also keep them informed of new products and special events to drive future sales
Provide senior mentorship and coaching to other Alton Lane Stylists by sharing your clienteling and sales expertise
THE ALTON LANE CANDIDATE
You are an individual contributor who is always looking for opportunities to grow and develop in your professional career, meet new people, drive outside sales and embraces frequent changes and challenges.
You also have:
5+ years of direct, competitive sales experience – B2C, outside sales preferred
A solid book of business, or strong network that you can utilize for networking and prospecting
Top-notch client relationship skills and a hunger to generate new business through sales and long-term customer engagement
A proven and consistent history of driving sales results and meeting your sales targets
Willingness to network and fearlessly get into a conversation. Not because you have to but because you want to
An eye for every single detail
Exceptional communication & interpersonal skills; both written and verbal, handling yourself with confidence internally to peers and externally to clients
Independent entrepreneurial decision-making skills with the ability to self-manage; whether it be your book of business, or employee growth and development
Comfortable and nimble with technology - computers, ipads, 3D scanner
Interest and understanding of menswear and how it can transform a man's confidence
A strong sense of self-awareness, humility and personal responsibility for all that you do
