We are in search of a project-based, part-time (at first), talent acquisition specialist to conduct basic recruiting functions such as sourcing, screening and submitting candidates.

We are a tight-knit crew with a very friendly environment and good flexibility. We trust and rely on each other here and the vibe is very much collegial and warm with a get-it-done mentality.

This is a good opportunity for someone who would like to have a flexible schedule and work on a project-by-project basis, depending on client needs. This is an ideal arrangement for someone who doesn’t need to rely upon full-time hours, though there is the eventual possibility to increase hours if desired.

Examples of the types of positions we work on include engineers, operations managers, sales, marketing and digital marketing, and accounting.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-take meeting with hiring manager to understand hiring needs, and provide weekly recruiting updates to the hiring manager
  • Source potential candidates on Indeed, LinkedIn and other recruiting platforms - creativity is a plus!
  • Arrange conversations with applicants/candidates to screen them using provided questions
  • Assess which candidates fit the hiring manager's criteria for the position
  • Submit successful candidates via a brief write-up

Minimum Qualifications

  • Recruiting & Sourcing experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High degree of professionalism and polish
  • Ability to work 10-15 hours minimum a week
  • Technical aptitude required to be able to use our systems
  • Associate degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and Indeed
