About the Program: Central Peninsula Hospital, in collaboration with Kenai Peninsula Borough School District is launching an innovative pilot program to provide telehealth services to students. This initiative aims to enhance access to healthcare, ensure timely medical attention, and promote overall student well-being. We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to be based at Nikiski High School, playing a critical role in delivering these essential services.
POSITION SUMMARY: The School Telehealth RN will provide health education, care, and health counseling to pupils, staff, and parents to promote a healthy school environment.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Associate's Degree in Nursing
- 1 year of Acute Care, School or Public Health Nursing experience
- State of Alaska RN Licensure
- BLSP (CPR) from the American Heart Association
