What you will do-
Manage and oversee all items of NPI projects.
Take part in product delivery strategy definition with marketing and operations and drive implementation for assigned products and accessories.
Define and implement product structure strategy to optimize supply and order fulfillment processes.
May interface directly with suppliers and other strategic partners in order to optimize the product delivery solution.
Plan and coordinate between R&D and various functions within Operations to ensure that the product, processes, systems and supply chain are ready for product launch or product updates.
Interface with design throughout the development process to drive design for manufacturability and other DFx considerations.
Develop and plan a roadmap of process and capacity improvements for assigned products.
Lead projects within the operations area to add capability or improve supply chain.
Use sound business acumen to prioritize projects based on limited resources.
Monitor and evaluate progress and results and determine improvements that may be needed in operating procedures.
Manage other operations improvement programs such as capacity increase activities, outsourcing and production redeployment.
Other related duties as assigned.
What you need-
Bachelor's degree in applicable discipline required
7 – 10 years’ applicable and relevant experience, including experience with cross functional project/program management in high tech manufacturing or product development highly preferred
Proficiency with MS Office tools including MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel and Word
MBA and/or PMP certification, a plus
Proven expertise and strength in one or more engineering discipline
Strong communication skills
Proven business acumen
Experience managing program/project budgets
