Job Role

This position is a temporary position with the potential to hire for the right person.

We are seeking an adaptable and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our established team. In this role, you will work independently to tackle a variety of tasks requiring analysis and attention to detail, including performing data entry, matching invoices to purchase orders or vouchers, maintaining accounting records and filing documents. You will also collaborate with the team in assisting with processing accounts payable and accounts receivable, handling month-end closing processes and preparing for year-end.

Requirements:
Experience handling administrative and accounting duties - must love working with numbers!
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and intermediate level experience with Excel
Background in bookkeeping, record keeping, customer service or working with confidential documents a plus
Familiarity with QuickBooks or other financial software a plus
