Position: Assistant General Manager

Role Overview:
As the Asisstant General Manager of TruFusion, you will be at the forefront of our mission to inspire and empower our members on their fitness journey. This role is pivotal in driving sales growth, fostering a positive team culture, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:
Lead sales initiatives to drive revenue growth and achieve membership targets.
Provide exceptional customer service by assisting members and guests in selecting classes and addressing inquiries. Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of Wellness Concierge and Janitorial staff. Maintain the studio to the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation. Develop and execute strategies to obtain and retain members, leveraging sales tactics and promotional activities.
Qualifications:
Proven track record of driving sales growth and building a strong member base.
Previous experience in a sales-driven environment, preferably in the fitness industry.
Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on team development and motivation.
Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating a positive member experience.
Physical Requirements:
Availability to work 40 hours per week, including nights and weekends.
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and lift or move exercise equipment as needed.
