Bachelor's degree with a minimum 2 years monitoring experience.
- Demonstrate the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and responsibilities of increasing scope and complexity
- Demonstrate complex problem solving, decision making and communication skills
- Demonstrate technical expertise in computer skills and proficiency on all systems utilized by GSK throughout the lifecycle of a study
- Proven ability to successfully manage multiple studies in a variety of therapy areas individually and in an effective team environment
- Apply a Risk Based Monitoring approach with the objective of ensuring data quality
Oncology monitoring experience required
Preferred education should be related to life science, medicine, pharmacy, nursing etc.
In addition to the basic monitoring duties of a CRA (ensuring data integrity and patient safety at a site level), the Sr CRA will contribute over and above their role to the wider business – taking on leadership roles to represent monitoring interests within the Division, as well as taking on CRA mentor roles and ensuring the adoption of best practices within the global monitoring organization. This job requires approximately 75% travel. Preferred field-based location in the Southeast US (e.g. Atlanta, Ft. Lauderdale, Ft. Myers, Miami, Orlando, Raleigh-Durham, Tampa.).
