The City of Irvine seeks an innovative and strategic thinker with a keen understanding of technology issues and proven contract and project management skills to serve as the next Information Technology Project Manager (Information Technology Administrator). Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, the Information Technology Project Manager will be the acting technical advisor to the City to ensure municipal services are supported by technology solutions that are reliable, modern and affordable.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership and experience in contract management, application development, project management and information systems analysis.
