WiSC Enterprises is seeking a Clerical Admin Support to be located in Falls Church, VA, to support the Defense Health Agency (DHA). The DHA is responsible for the effective execution and operation of the Department of Defense's (DoD) medical mission, which is to provide medical services and support to specified categories of individuals entitled to DoD medical care. The DHA provides medical care for the DoD’s 9.6 million eligible beneficiaries is provided through the defense health program which includes contracted health care networks and military treatment facilities.
Requires a bachelor degree and extensive knowledge or understanding in formulating short and long range resource planning requirements; analyzing trends in funding decrements, systems deployment, new programs Page 40 of 60 and changes in user priorities; performing studies and analyses regarding continuous improvement, acquisition, budget, organizational realignment and manpower issues; preparing Memorandums of Understanding and Agreement (MOUs and MOAs), point papers, fact sheets, requirements analysis, decision documents, and support of Program Reviews. Master’s degree counts for three years of experience. Four years’ experience in the functional area is equivalent to a bachelor’s degree.
