Business Development Leader – Aftermarket & Reverse Logistics Position Overview:
As the Business Development Leader – Aftermarket & Reverse Logistics for PlanITROI, you will be a major contributor for developing relationships to acquire long term agreements for supply from OEMs, retailers, resellers, lessors and enterprises looking to uncover and recover value from their assets. The successful candidate will have a desire to succeed in a high-growth entrepreneurial environment and have a proven industry track record in Aftermarket & Reverse Logistics.
PlanITROI is interested in pursuing a Superstar Business Development Leader. If you are an average performer, seeking average pay, then this is not the opportunity for you. We provide a competitive environment, coupled with world class tools and training, allowing you to exceed your goals and earn “big” commissions. At PlanITROI, we believe in promoting from within and plan to reward our top Business Development Leader with the opportunity to be promoted to where the top earners make $150k + per year. We only look for Business Development Leaders who hold themselves accountable, who follow up and follow through with any and all opportunities within 24 hours.
To qualify for this position you must be able to establish and maintain relationships with clients, industry influencers and key strategic partners, sense of urgency with follow up/follow through, have a track record of establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, industry influencers and key strategic partners and proven success of building and managing a top-level sales team. You must also provide your previous managers as references.

Establish and maintain relationships with clients, industry influencers and key strategic partners.
Recruit, build, manage, train and create attractive compensation structure to get top-level sales results from your team.
Travel to see clients, prospects, shows, etc.
Seek out and respond RFPs and RFQs.
Building and presenting PowerPoint presentations to prospects.
Help select and implement CRM system to manage sales and marketing activities within our sales funnel.
Determine and implement strategic sales plans, quotas, forecasts and budgets.
Develop and market service offerings while positioning PlanITROI as the market leader in valued add recovery.
Measure against annual, quarterly and monthly sales performances goals.
