We are seeking someone who has 5+ years managing high-volume dining operations. As a Food Service General Manager with Sodexo, you will:
Direct all contract management daily Food Operations for quality, safety, and operations standards.
- Control unit financials and maintain cash control and payroll records.
- Maintain customer satisfaction, Client/Stakeholder relationships and good public relations.
- Manage through managers and is accountable for the contract.
- Provide local leadership and strategic direction while developing team for new and emerging business solutions that sustain growth in the day-to-day operations.

Additional Requirements/Information:
While the COVID-19 vaccination is not typically required by Sodexo, it is required for these specific cross-segment, mobile management positions.
Applicants must be able to drive, have a valid driver's license, and clean driving history.
The minimum commitment to our mobile management positions is nine (9) months. Upon completion of nine (9) months in your role, you will be allowed to post for other internal opportunities. Exemptions may be granted by the Team Director.
For this remote position, the targeted salary range is $60,000 - $75,000 depending on your experience and qualifications
