Job Description

Our client is seeking an Administrative Assistant II/Account Maintenance Analyst with a minimum of 1-2 years- experience in Personal & Commercial Banking consistently and accurately reviewing client documentation/information obtained by client contacts within the business units.

Must have experience reviewing and opening capital business lines; review and open account requests from various capital markets business lines.
Must be able to maintain customer account information within RBC systems and maintain SSI information at the account level. Experienced at providing a high level of customer service to the capital markets business units and reviewing client data on account opening forms to ensure accurate and in order with area requirements

Requirements

Must have AS degree or equivalent working experience.
At least 1-2 years minimum relevant experience in financial services.
Prior experience in documentation management and with Broadridge and Alert Direct systems required is preferred.
A strong work ethic & attention to detail is needed and excellent at time management and organizational skills.
Superior customer service and people skills is required.
Must have strong verbal and written communication ability
