Computershare is looking for a motivated and dynamic marketing professional to join our team and help with the development and implementation of strategic marketing plans to maximize brand awareness, and to enhance the lead generation and buying process. Designing strategies and delivering programs that increase market share, client acquisition and retention will need to executed through a blend traditional methods with progressive digital/social media approaches.
Position Responsibilities & Essential Functions:
Develop a comprehensive market research program that generates a deep understanding of the market definition, buyer profile, needs and value proposition of assigned market segment/product line. Research includes competitive analysis and CPU unique positioning.
Develop quarterly marketing plans and budget; work cross-functionally with leaders from the business line, Sales, Relationship Management and Product, and with peers across Marketing. Provide quarterly reports to key stakeholders.
Develop integrated marketing programs including advertising, branding, marketing communications, direct mail, lead generation/sales campaigns, industry association engagement, PR, social media and web initiatives. Partner with events team on sponsorships and client event implementation
Develop, track and deliver marketing success metrics and targets. Ensure that all relevant metrics are captured and continually updated in our CRM application.
Introduce new and creative approaches to drive awareness and growth of the sales pipeline. Keep abreast with the latest marketing tools and techniques and promote a culture of experimentation.
Lead Digital Marketing initiatives encompassing content and style.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; and 5+ years related experience and/or training, ideally in the B2B service arena; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Digital Marketing communications experience required
Banking and financial institution experience preferred
