As the pet concierge, your main focus will be creating the positive client experience. You will be instrumental in this by welcoming each visitor into the practice with a warm smile, a handshake, and a pat or scratch for the pet. You will be familiar with the schedule of appointments so that you are prepared to welcome each pet and pet parent by name.
As the first point of contact, you will assist visitors with the check-in process and provide them with a clear understanding of the appointment process. Help them to feel comfortable and answer any questions they may have regarding the process. Once the appointment is complete and the technicians have finished the check-out process, help see them out and assist with their pet as needed with a treat and a smile.
The ideal applicant will be friendly and outgoing, with a love for both pets and people with a great attitude and a big smile.
