Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

5 years of experience in sales, business development, consulting, industry solutions, marketing for cloud, data management, and/or technical infrastructure products and services.

3 years of experience in a client-facing role or working in direct engagement with account teams.

Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.

Preferred qualifications:
Experience delivering enterprise sales, product marketing content and customer engagement initiatives at scale.

Experience in meeting facilitation and presentation delivery.

Experience leading customer engagement programs with C-suite customers.

Demonstrated ability to work effectively and independently in a fast-paced, detail-oriented, deadline-driven environment.

Understanding of the cloud industry and enterprise customer scale requirements, with an understanding of Google Cloud products and solutions.

Effective communication skills (written, verbal and visual), with the ability to influence others.

As a Customer Engagement Advisor, you'll help lead Customer Innovation initiatives and play a critical role in facilitating customer engagement by designing and delivering executive briefings that drive business, technical insights, and collaboration with our Enterprise Customer teams. You are a critical member of a team responsible for designing, developing, and executing Google Cloud’s executive briefing program that is intended to develop and strengthen relationships with key decision makers and influencers at every level.

The Customer Engagement Program team is a global team. Within this team, you will work closely with our Sales and Industry teams across geographies to deliver insight and value regarding Google Cloud to both prospects and existing customers. You will also provide insights to internal stakeholders regarding customer requirements, metrics, and industry trends, while ensuring an impactful enterprise customer experience. This role requires seamless cross-functional teamwork with marketing, technical and project teams and an understanding of cloud, digital transformation, and enterprise sales.

Responsibilities

Track and deliver insights and data from Executive Briefing Center (EBC) sessions to internal stakeholders including Sales, Product, and Marketing teams and Google Cloud Platform executives.

Identify measurable goals for each briefing that will be reviewed post-briefing, and articulate briefing goals to speakers in preparation for each briefing.

Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to develop agendas, content and the appropriate presenters as needed who contribute to impactful briefings that deliver insight and drive business value for GCP customers.

Provide customers with an enterprise-focused briefing experience that includes curating, planning, and execution.
