Overview
The Senior Digital Producer is a key member of the Digital Strategy, Analytics & Operations team and is responsible for the successful production and deployment of multilingual digital marketing communications on the web, and via email and SMS. The Senior Digital Producer will work with staff across the organization to develop, build and deploy digital marketing communications to members. The position requires a combination of marketing, editorial, UX and technical skills in order to be able to effectively develop, build and deploy digital experiences via web and email.

Responsibilities

Work with the product management, web development, content and analytics teams to build integrated digital campaigns and web-based experiences.
Use the content management system and other digital publishing tools to deploy content to the website.
Work with the product management team and external agencies/partners to develop and build campaign and journey-based email communications.
Use the email service platform (Salesforce Marketing Cloud/ExactTarget) to build, test and deploy email communications to members.
Build and deploy Spanish language web pages and emails including all text and image copy.
Coordinate trafficking of materials to be localized (translated) with external localization service providers.
Ensure proper tagging and analytics configuration for each project to enable timely, accurate and consistent reporting.
Build digital assets using web programming languages (HTML, CSS, Javascript) and image creation and manipulation tools (Photoshop, Illustrator).
Periodically create flow diagrams and page mockups/wireframes to help develop or illustrate member experiences. (Experience using Visio, Balsamiq, Omnigraffle, or similar tools preferred.)
Coordinate the development and production of digital communications with various offline promotions and/or other sponsored events to ensure unified user experience and timely delivery.
Ensure that all project/campaign materials meet established content and brand quality standards.
Use research, analysis, experience and current trends expertise to solve complex problems and develop creative/innovative solutions.
Effectively establish and meet evolving deadlines and adjust priorities as needed.
Assist with other special projects as assigned.

Qualifications
This position requires knowledge of established theories, principles, concepts, and methodology of the profession and practical knowledge of a range of technical methods, principles and practices comparable to a specialized area of a professional field. The position also requires skill in applying this knowledge to perform assignments executing projects that involve the use of specialized, complicated techniques.

Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media, Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism or related field.
5-7 years of experience designing, developing and deploying cross-channel digital communications via the web and email.
5-7 years hands-on experience using digital publishing platforms including content management systems, email service provider platforms and/or social media platforms. (Sitecore and Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience strongly preferred.)
Experience creating and deploying digital communications in multiple languages.
Experience working with tag management platforms.
Track record of developing effective working relationships within department and across supportive functional teams including web development, design, and analytics.
Advanced-level knowledge of website analytics, SEO best practices, digital design and web performance optimization.
Experience with web design and development related software (Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver) and simple programming (HTML, CSS, Javascript).
Ability to read, review and edit content/copy for compliance, relevance, message, implications and tone.
Solid understanding of the principles of web usability and prior experience creating flows, wireframes or design mockups to illustrate digital experiences.
Experience developing and implementing multivariate testing.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Candidate should be comfortable in a fast-paced, team environment and have the ability to manage multiple competing priorities and deadlines.
Successful candidate should be a team player with demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and diplomatically with others across all levels of the organization.
