The Senior People Services Analyst operates in a project management capacity, and the role’s scope changes each year. This year, the position is leading tHRive: a process improvement project responsible for designing and creating long-lasting changes across the U.S. P&P department. tHRive is improving individual processes, creating a CI platform, and establishing an annual review cycle.
Regardless of each year’s project, this role’s responsibilities include creating and maintaining a detailed project plan, consulting key stakeholders, and efficiently delivering tasks. This is a dynamic and fast-paced role. It requires the incumbent to be proactive, agile, and able to prioritize in order to meet deadlines. Autonomy, organization, and productivity are critical components to success in this role.
The incumbent also needs to be able to have strong time management skills to continue executing against the above projects while also managing ad hoc responsibilities as they arise. As People Services is a newer team, our responsibilities will evolve over time — especially as they intersect with other teams. The incumbent must be able to manage a changing workload while consistently delivering results.
Produce autonomous delivery of results
Create a project charter that fits into the broader strategy of the U.S. P&P
Maintain a detailed project plan
Prioritize deliverables and deliver actions in a consistent, efficient manner
Deliver frequent progress updates
Communicate and launch projects on time
Create clear, organized, and well-formatted communication plans
Exhibit agility by managing changing workloads
Display strong time management skills
Successfully collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to the People Services team
Document key P&P processes
Manage ad-hoc responsibilities as they arise
Ability to work independently
Proficient in Microsoft Office
3+ years of experience, with at least 1 year in HR
Project management experience required
Ability to be proactive, prioritize work, and handle multiple assignments and priorities in a timely manner
Relationship, consensus building, consulting, and stakeholder management skills
Excellent organizational, customer service, time-management and multitasking skills
Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
