As an independent insurance professional you will work with a dynamic team of sales agents that share your desire to win. Position pays a competitive base with a generous commission structure that works well for those who are disciplined and follow our proven sales process.

THIS IS A SALES POSITION WITH UNLIMITED EARNING POTENTIAL.
Responsibilities
Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
Attend meetings, seminars and programs to learn about new products and services, learn new skills, and receive technical assistance in developing new accounts.
Call on policyholders to deliver and explain policy, to analyze insurance program and suggest additions or changes.
Prospect new customers and effectively close sales.
Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.

Requirements
Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
A property & casualty license is required.
Must be awesome at opening doors and getting appointments from a cold start.
Agents are required to hold proper insurance licenses with the state. This is a condition of employment. Agents are responsible for any costs associated with keeping license current (i.e. license fees, filing fees, and continuing education courses)
