- 1+ years of Games Industry (supporting title Development, Release, or Live Ops) experience

As a Quality Assurance Technician your role would be responsible for understanding detailed functional requirements, coming up with new test cases and process improvements, test execution and reporting with high bar on quality for games certified on Luna.
Key job responsibilities
1. Test games on Fire TV, Fire Tablet and non-Amazon devices to ensure it meets Amazon’s high quality bar and adheres to Amazon's requirements.
2. Conduct extensive tests on the digital content and provide accurate reports with unambiguous steps to reproduce the issues reported.
3. Work with the program management team to address content issues as required
4. Communicate and Partner with different teams (both internal and external) to address the issues reported and drive them to closure
5. Maintain detailed and accurate progress records to enable aggregate performance and issue tracking
6. Identify and champion process improvement ideas and systems enhancements that could increase the productivity or quality of our content operations
A day in the life
QATs at Amazon are excellent individual contributors capable of understanding and executing test cases, driving test execution with minimal help. QATs would be trying to understand game performance and functionality in great depth which would enable them to report issues and take ownership and drive them to closure.

Luna CROPS team is the custodian for customer trust for selection across all surfaces, and trusted partner for developers to publish their content onto Luna in a timely manner.
- Bachelor’s degree with concentrations in computer science or other technical field required.

The base pay for this position ranges from $45,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $100,900/year in our highest geographic market.
