Description of Duties/Essential Functions
Under administrative direction of the Collections Services Unit, Bureau of Fiscal Services, Office of Fiscal Services, and Department of Human Services, assists in planning, executing, developing, and implementing policies for the Bureau's collection activities, including client and non-client debts owed to the Department. Researches and develops responses to audits; analyzes production statistics, assists in development of changes to management plan; and compiles monthly and special reports. Serves as Bureau liaison for selected special projects within Administrative Services and with Community Operations.
Requires knowledge, skill, and mental development equivalent to completion of four years of college, preferably with courses in public or business administration. Requires two years of professional experience in a public or private organization. Requires ability to conduct research; requires knowledge of state government policies and procedures. Requires knowledge of agency objectives, policies and procedures.

Anticipated Started Salary Range – $56,484 - $85,140
