Position in Contracts Department for a Manufacturer in the Aerospace Tech Industry.
Contracts Department works directly with Customers as the primary point of contact (POC) in telephone, email and face-to-face interaction. Contracts is the gatekeeper for all customer information and data pertaining to request for quotes (RFQ), ROM, FAR clauses, pricing, purchase orders, ECON, acknowledgements, contract reviews and LTAs. Understands how to prioritize and effectively communicate with technical departments to obtain the necessary information to process orders to ensure Jonal’s high standard of customer service and on-time delivery.
Supports department by working under own initiative with limited supervision and is accountable for significant, advanced administrative support duties. Possesses an extensive knowledge of all functions and operations within work unit and can effectively prioritize work flow, apply judgement and make decisions affecting function or procedures for which they are accountable.

Must possess the ability to read, write and speak English in order to effectively communicate in all aspects of the duties assigned. Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
