The Real Estate Project Manager is responsible for overseeing new tenant office and retail office build-out for new locations or mid-term renovations, including management of design, construction, quality control, occupancy, and project budget management for most Adecco Group North America business units; also responsible for overall facility operations of the Corporate Office Headquarters. Responsibilties

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develops test fits using AutoCAD given a programming sheet and in accordance with established space planning standards. Get test fits approved by end user. Prepare approved test fits to be an exhibit to a lease.
Establish project budgets including FF & E using contract rates and estimates from vendors
Oversees and manages the development of office space for the field, including space planning, construction of the space, ordering furniture and coordinating with the Information Management (IM) Department.
Arranges and coordinates office moves, copier, sign and furniture installation.
Collaborates with Real Estate Lease Directors and Corporate Senior Management to define project requirements.
Establishes and maintains schedules and key deadlines.
Communicates with Landlord’s Construction Manager who ensures that the construction adheres to approved and agreed upon plans and scope of work
Monitors and reports project progress against goals, objectives, timelines and budgets.
Facilitates status meetings with local management and operations as required.
Participates in special projects and performs other Real Estate duties as assigned.
Review and approve all payment requisitions and supporting documentation. Code invoices by cost center and chart of accounts
Review and approve construction drawings with comments as required.
Updates Project Management database on all assigned projects on a regular basis. Qualifications

EDUCATION & JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors degree in Architectural Design, Interior Design, or a related field and /or a minimum of five (5) years of related project management experience. License is optional.
Ability to travel in the United States and Canada as required.

COMPETENCIES: Skilled in space planning for tenant office and retail office. Knowledge of Building Code requirements for retail office and multi-tenant office spaces. Skilled in reading construction drawings. Proficient in AutoCad. Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing at various levels within the organization. Ability to multi-task and balance multiple projects simultaneously and change priorities frequently. Ability to demonstrate and exercise sound business judgment. Ability to operate effectively given broadly defined objectives. Ability to work independently as well as with a team Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Outlook.
