Description & Requirements
The Manager of Digital Content Creation- Global Corporate Communications is a valued member of the Global Corporate Communications Team and storyteller for the company and business leaders. This role is responsible for developing video and other digital content to support the external and internal storytelling efforts of the Global Communications Team. Reporting to the Associate Director- Global Press Room- the individual in this position will partner with team members and key company stakeholders to oversee all elements of corporate storytelling video production. This includes coordinating with team members to develop a content calendar- lead pre-production work- filming- editing and content delivery for various internal and external video projects. The role also includes production of other types of digital storytelling assets (e.g.- still photography- infographic development- etc.) in areas including but not limited to Executive Visibility- Corporate Storytelling- Employee Meetings and more. This person must be a skilled video producer and editor with a history of creating high quality content. This person will also ensure that all communications reflect the Company’s core values and advance Kraft Heinz’s business strategy.
Coordinate with team leadership to develop a digital storytelling strategy and content calendar for the Global Corporate Communications Team.
Support Global Corporate Communications team in video production for external and internal audience content creation. For video creation- lead all elements of video production- from pre-production through delivery.
Lead effort to build b-roll content suite and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure the media center on the company website hosts the latest digital content.
Assist in build-out of video storytelling studio(s) in the Aon Center office- including driving the process to source key video production equipment and software.
Coordinate with team members to create additional types of digital content- from infographics to PowerPoint design- in support of global communications initiatives.
As necessary- engage his/her community of content creation experts to assist in content creation that goes beyond the ability of one person.
Help Global Corporate Communications team instill a sense of urgency- cohesiveness and teamwork in Kraft Heinz’s workforce and inspire confidence and credibility among stakeholders.
Ensure that all communications reflect the Company’s core values and advance Kraft Heinz’s business strategy.
7+ years in video production- editing and content delivery
BA in Communications or equivalent
Ambitious- strong project manager- collaborator- team player and individual contributor.
Robust video production skills from pre-production to final delivery- including story concepting- script writing- video production- editing and final content delivery.
Ability to design digital infographics from start to finish.
High degree of personal and professional savvy and experience to inspire confidence among audiences at all levels of the organization.
Strong problem solver with ability to manage projects and keep many elements moving at the same time.
Strong writer- editor and ability to guide and influence others through prose.
