Functions / Duties:
Establish, maintain and continually improve the process of promoting and selling Silicon Carbide Foundry Services. Effectively communicates the business processes that help X-Fab create and maintain a customer focus. Communicate X-Fab offerings in a manner that strengthens the X-FAB Texas brand resulting in a sustainable and growing business. Analyze market trends to help identify current and future capabilities. Analyze products within the market and perform competitive analyses to understand market and margin potential for the X-FAB Texas SiC business.
Study company products
Define benefits to customers and X-FAB Texas, for new capabilities
Determine market value of additional capacities and new process capabilities
Capture & communicate customer expectations to X-Fab Texas Team
Follow and analyze near term and long term market trends to position X-FAB Texas process capabilities and IP
Provide input and participate in the creation and modification of customer user interfaces with X-FAB systems (My XFAB, Architecture Building Center, Opportunity Assessments, etc.)
Create opportunity assessments for prospective customer projects
Develop product marketing strategies (pricing, advertising, product launching)
Effectively communicate the X-FAB Texas value proposition to internal and external customers
Work with various X-FAB teams (technology, operations, business management, sales) to implement current strategies and help define the strategic roadmap for the X-FAB Texas SiC Business.
Evaluate projects using relevant KPIs and feedback from existing and prospective customers
Create customer centric KPI’s
Current Skills / Competencies:
Proven experience as a Product Marketing Manager, Brand Manager or similar role
Technically familiar with Silicon CMOS unit processes and preferably Silicon CMOS process architectures and device physics. Silicon Carbide process and architecture experience is a plus.
Should be familiar with various product marketing techniques, like email campaigns and pricing strategies.
Excellent verbal and written communication, time management and prioritization and ability to successfully interact with all levels of the organization. Must be able to articulate information easily.
Experience in market analysis
Keen eye for detail
Preferred Educational Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Engineering and/or related technical field.
Combination of Engineering and Business education and/or experience preferred.
