Enable, Inc. is a non-profit social services agency based in Princeton, NJ and is looking for a dynamic individual to help support its Human Resources Department in an administrative capacity. Currently seeking a Human Resources Assistant who will be responsible for data entry, monthly reporting and metrics, onboarding, recruitment support and other Human Resource functions. This position will report directly to the Vice-President of Human Resources.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources preferred, 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources or related field preferably Human Services. Strong computer skills. Strong writing and verbal skills. Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines. Strong Self-starter and organizational skills.
Essential Job Functions:
Processing of all new hires, scheduling of pre-employment testing
Assists with payroll processing through Paycom
Tracking of all Worker's Compensation Claims as well as FMLA/NJFLA related processes.
Supports the needs of the Recruitment team as needed
Provides on-going support to the Human Resources Generalist and Vice-President of Human Resources.
Responsible for employee file maintenance and I9 management.
Maintains OSHA logs and required documentation.
Monday - Friday (9AM to 5PM), 40 Hours per week. Hourly, Non-Exempt.
(Note: Some Flexibility to work additional hours as needed for special events or projects on occasion).
