Build and maintain room allocations, rates, yields and oversells in all DN Distribution Channels, including but not limited to PMS, CRS, GDS, CMS, Booking Engine and 3rd Party sites.
Load all room rates, packages, promotional rates, Group and FIT rates in all property management, central reservation systems, channel management systems and web-site booking engine.
Maintain room allocations, yields and oversells in the Property Management Systems, Central Reservation System, Channel Management System and Web-site Booking Engine.
Adjust tier and rate changes as need by the property in the Property Management Systems, Central Reservation System, Channel Management System and Web-site Booking Engine
Insures Web booking engine is updated, rates are organized based on Revenue Managements request and current.
Monitors rate and package information from development to implementation, including sales information distribution to Reservations staff as well as website accuracy.
Quality Assurance testing for promotions (Test all links, rates, phone numbers, proof marketing text, disclaimers, make sure correct pixel code is on the URL and validate rates and black-out dates)
Update the Central Reservations knowledge base intranet with all upcoming marketing offers.
Perform self audits on all Rates, Promotions, Allocations and Yields to ensure accuracy.
Minimum of two (2) years experience in hospitality industry.
Minimum of 2 years working with Springer Miller System
Previous experience in rate management preferred.
Any combination of educational and work experience that would be equivalent to the stated minimum requirements would qualify for consideration of this position.

Must have strong attention to detail abilities.
