Kinsley Power Systems is seeking a Project Manager to join their growing team! The Project Manager is responsible for planning and overseeing power generation projects to ensure they are completed in a timely manner and within budget. Project managers or Kinsley will plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed the entire process. For the suitable candidate, this role offers the possibility of full remote work.

Project Manager Requirements and Responsibilities:

Work cross-functionally with sales, service and finance team members to ensure all elements of the assigned sales support are being fulfilled and project issues addressed within the identified timeframe.

Provide regular communication for all assigned projects as appropriate, including ensuring that sales/project management team is consistently updated with the latest manufacturing/shipping status

Ensure resource availability and allocation

Develop a detailed project plan to track progress

Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs

Measure and report on project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques

Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
Preferred Project Manager Skills and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent plus 2 or more years of experience in high level administrative support and data entry position preferred; a combination of work experience and education will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

3+ years project management (or related sales) experience with emphasis on equipment distribution

Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, and Great Plains)
