dr LASER Clinic Spa Consultant/Manager

The Clinic Manager/Sales Representatives are the CORE of dr LASER and must be driven and able to help grow this rapidly expanding company and lead by example. Presently we have 4 locations! We want you to be a part of an exciting career in the aesthetics industry. If you believe you have the capacity to show each client the care and dedication needed to optimize their results giving every patient the opportunity to connect with our staff and services.

Primary duties involve speaking with prospective patients for treatments. Laser hair and tattoo removal, skin rejuvenation treatments, dermal fillers and spa treatments helping our client base into satisfied, life-long patients. This involves managing and performing client consultations and follow-ups. Successful representatives will be able to quickly build rapport and trust with potential patients, demonstrate skilled sales closing, cross-selling and up-selling!!

Clinic Managers/Sales Representatives are responsible for maintaining the day-to-day activities of the front office to include customer service, meeting/greeting patients, answering phones, invoicing, sales, and assisting the rest of the dr LASER team to ensure the best overall client flow and experience.

All staff is expected to reflect the dr LASER brand by helping create an exceptional, service-oriented environment.


  • Acquire & develop in-depth knowledge of the spa services we offer and aesthetic medical procedures
  • Build friendly, professional relationships with patients
  • Effectively network and generate leads
  • Analyze patient needs and make intelligent recommendations through customized consultations
  • Effectively represent the dr LASER brand: Beauty, cutting-edge technology, impeccable customer service
  • Ability to multitask at a high level while maintaining the primary focus of sales throughout the day
  • Ensure completion of daily reports and adherence to company policy and procedure
  • Provide ongoing feedback regarding effectiveness of advertising and promotional efforts

Preferred :

- 2+ years of experience as successful sales representative, retail sales associate, commission sales (aesthetic industry preferred)

- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.

- Competitive and results-oriented.

- Entrepreneurial mindset.

- Leadership qualities a must, while being able to effectively work within a team.
