Job Summary and Position Objective: This position works closely with all departments of Southeast Floors to deliver accurate and timely processing of sales orders. The overall execution of ensuring customer satisfaction is a key component of this position.

Essential Functions:
- Answers all incoming customer calls and promptly follows up with each customer
- Develops and maintains relationships with (internal and external) customers via phone and email
- Maintains a friendly, warm, and positive attitude with all customers
- Follows up with internal and external customers, as well as Installers and Installation Managers
- Communicates all relevant and correct information to applicable parties
- Enters and coordinates all orders received via email, phone, and/or online daily by using our software
- Responsible for cancelling expired quotes
- Keeps management informed of any challenges faced throughout the workday
- Recalls past projects and customer information quickly and efficiently
- Familiarizes oneself with measurements and floor plans
- Able to retain knowledge of different floor plans
- Finds quick solutions to difficult problems and assists others to their best of one’s ability
- Must be able to multi-task without time delay or errors
Required Competencies/Skills:
Has a strong understanding of the following:
- Fluent in English and Spanish (preferred, not required)
- Great customer service skills
- Must have a cheerful & calm demeanor with a friendly and willing attitude
- Time management skills including but not limited to prioritizing, scheduling, and planning
- Must have skills leading people directly and must work well with others
- Compliance with all policies and procedures
- Must be organized, pay close attention to detail, and has the ability to multitask quickly and efficiently
- The ability to communicate clearly and professionally at all times
Work Environment:
Indoor work environment with central A/C
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to sit for an 8-hour shift
- Flexible and long work hours sometimes required
- Be able to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 35 lbs
- Must be able to bend, squat, twist, and reach for supplies
Expected Hours of Work: 40 hours/week
- 9:30am – 6:30pm Monday through Friday
