Ravin Crossbows is looking for a full-time Human Resources Generalist. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and administration skills, be able to multi-task, and have a great attention to detail.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work with department heads to determine recruiting and staffing needs
  • Post for open positions, screen applications, and interview candidates
  • Payroll processing
  • Employee orientation, development, and training
  • Compensation and benefits administration
  • Policy development and documentation
  • Administer and document annual performance reviews
  • Assist in maintaining company-wide safety programs
  • Comply with state and federal employment laws and reporting
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field required
  • Prior HR experience
  • Experience with unemployment and worker's compensation claims, preferred
  • Skills: Strong computer skills and knowledge of personal computer software applications including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and writte
  • Ability to deal with a variety of personalities in a professional manner
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Analytical skills required to identify and resolve problems effectively
  • Proven experience and track record in exhibiting great attention to detail and organization, ability to create and manage systems and processes, and devising and implementing new solutions
