Role: Management Consultant
Consultants are involved in all aspects of our client engagements: from project scope and requirements definition to problem and gap analysis, and solution implementation. Consultants are experienced project managers and analysts familiar with multiple methodologies and project types. Consultants can lead small project teams and typically have five years or more of experience.
Consultant Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage detailed plans for projects involving challenging requirements, limited resources, and fixed deadlines
- Manage project plans and overall project delivery of both the strategic and tactical elements of corporate initiatives and business programs
- Create and manage assigned deliverables from ideation to delivery
- Work with executives and senior management to drive informed and timely decision making
- Manage project issues, risks and action items, tracking to timely resolution
- Support in the development impacting solutions for our clients
Position Requirements:
- At least five years work experience and a proven background in process reengineering and optimization
- Experience across one or more of the following areas: Business and IT Project Management, Business Analysis, Business Process Optimization, Technology Evaluation & Implementation, Professional Services Operations, Project Management Offices
- Exceptional attention to detail and solid time management and multi-tasking skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills
- Expertise with the entire MS Office Suite including strong MS Excel modeling skills
- Outsourcing experience a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- BS/BA with a strong academic record. MS/MBA a plus

Pay: $75.00 - $125.00 per hour
