This position is located in Key West, Florida and is responsible for the discovery and referral of new commercial retail clients and commercial loan customers to the Bank. This also includes involvement in community events and organizations as a representative of the Bank.
Increasing sales and development of new and existing customer's Treasury Management products
Reviewing incoming product applications
Onboard new clients and service existing clients
Referrals of other products to bank personnel
Customer service and support of Treasury Management customers
Retention and growth of existing customers
Joint calling with other internal business partners
Maintaining detailed reports of activities and sales
Informing current customers of services and future programs that will be available
Establishing and maintaining team relationship with all branches
Processing applications, which includes recommendations of pricing, obtaining management approval, and preparing documents of enrollment for processor
Providing start-up and maintenance services
Replacing equipment and performing "maintenance changes' to correct system errors and update new programs
Resolving merchant operational problems by responding to questions and servicing equipment
Responsibilities also include other duties as assigned by the supervisor/manager.
Employees also have a responsibility to understand the Bank's BSA/AML Program, the procedures outlined in it, and to follow the Program and procedures in carrying out their duties. Any employee that fails to adhere to the BSA/AML Program or commits other violations of the Code of Conduct may be subject to disciplinary action up to and including termination.

Required Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent banking experience
4 years of experience selling financial services
4 years of experience with Treasury Management products in either a sales or customer service environment
General understanding of financial banking principles
Knowledge of personal computer functions, Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
Preferred Education & Experience:
6 years of experience selling financial services
6 years of experience with Treasury Management products in either a sales or customer service environment
Extensive understanding of financial banking principles
Advanced proficiency of personal computer functions, Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
Essential Job Functions:
Essential job functions include the employee occupying this position must have a valid driver's license and have their own transportation to service all of the Bank's Corporate Services clients. The employee will be frequently lifting, carrying, bending, kneeling, and reaching 20 percent of the time. The employee will be required to organize and coordinate schedules and work orders for multiple locations. The employee will frequently operate a telephone, computer, printer, copier and fax machine; and move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
