The Water Management Field Technician monitors and coordinates water hauling and transfer activities at well sites throughout Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Ohio.
Works directly with vendors, safety personnel, and environmental teams to safely and efficiently move water through our field operations.
Ability to plan, coordinate, and lead all water transfer projects including traffic control, temporary water lines, water transfer, and withdrawal for each pad they are responsible for.
Understand role of water hauler scheduler and interacts with it on a daily basis.
Manages vendor/supplier relationship with the ability to work with procurement to prepare and submit bid proposals to select vendors for all transfer projects including traffic control for trucking operations and water transfer setup and activities.
Manages effective working relationships with other departments/groups to ensure all project deadlines and expectations are met.
Drive compliance with safe work rules and environmental regulations.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and meet specific goals and deadlines.
Ability to organize and analyze data to identify problems and develop recommendations.
Responsible to monitor costs of field operations and hold vendors accountable for their areas of responsibility.
Possess good written and verbal communication skills.
Possess technical skillset to utilize various software including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office.
Self-motivatedwith the ability to work without direct supervision.
Flexibility to work overtime and nights and weekends when required.
1+ years of experience in oil and gas preferred.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
