Key Responsibilities:
- Manage transactions from contract to close with precision and care.
- Coordinate with loan officers, attorneys, clients, agents, and other service providers to ensure seamless communication.
- Keep clients and agents up-to-date at every step, making the process smooth and stress-free.
- Maintain compliance and organize files, ensuring everything is properly documented and filed on time.
- Schedule and manage appointments across multiple parties to keep timelines on track.
- Prepare clients for successful, stress-free closings.
- Provide general administrative support to enhance office productivity.
- Participate in staff meetings and ongoing training for professional growth.
Qualifications:
- Proficient with computers and tech-savvy for efficient work.
- Self-starter who can take initiative on multiple, fast-paced projects.
- Meticulously detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Requirements:
- Licenses: NYS Real Estate License (Preferred; must be willing to obtain if not currently licensed).
- Driver's License (Required).
- Availability to work Monday–Friday; we’ll work with you to create a schedule that suits us both!
