Column Information Security's practice is continuing to grow at a rapid pace, and there is an immediate need for Senior Consultants to architect, deploy and support service related products for our global customer base.

Communicate strategies and best practices with staff or clients for product implementation
Provide advice on project costs, timing, staffing, solution design concepts, or design changes
Facilitate requirements gathering sessions using a variety of techniques that include interviews, surveys, review of historical data, workshop sessions and structured walkthrough of the related processes and technologies
Document design specifications, installation instructions, and other system related information
Verify stability, interoperability, portability, security, or scalability of system architecture
Collaborate with developers to select appropriate technical design, and ensure the compatibility of system components
Evaluate current or emerging technologies to consider factor such as cost, portability, compatibility or usability
Provide technical guidance or support for the development or troubleshooting of systems
Identify system data, hardware, or software components required to meet user needs
Provide guidelines for implementing secure systems to clients and project teams
Draft proposals and statements of work for solutions
Estimate level of effort to design and deploy products or solutions
Requirements

5+ years’ experience implementing enterprise identity management, access management and security solutions. (E.g. SailPoint, CA, IBM, BMC, Sun, Oracle, ForgeRock, etc.) In client environments
3+ year’s technical architecture experience integrating identity and access management software into client’s enterprise systems and infrastructure and managing the full SDLC
Experience developing identity management strategies, architectures and implementation roadmaps that include access management, RBAC, provisioning, certification, entitlement management and policy management
Demonstrated understanding of business processes, internal control risk management, IT controls, related standards and implications to identity management and security/audit compliance
Strong technical skills across a variety of technologies such as multi-tiered architecture, databases, LDAP and directory services, application servers, network infrastructure, and understanding security and dataflow within these components
Experience configuring, developing, and deploying scalable enterprise applications (and COTS products) within multiple application server, operating system and database environments (e.g. WebLogic, WebSphere, JBoss, Tomcat on Windows, Linux, UNIX and Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, MySQL)
Strong hands-on Java/JEE experience
Experience with SOAP and RESTful web services architectures
Good knowledge of software development principles, design patterns and Test Driven Development
Experience with one or more of the following build and deployment tools – Ant, Maven, Jenkins, Gradle, and Ivy
Experience with one or more of the following databases - Oracle, Sybase, MS SQL, and MySQL
Self-starter, fast learner and flexible to support new technologies, as well as legacy applications
Excellent collaboration, problem-solving and decision-making skills
Experience in leading and building client facing solution delivery teams
Experience in mentoring and training junior resources in new technologies and methodologies
Demonstrated superior verbal, written, and presentation skills with all levels of staff and leadership
Prior experience with Big 4 professional services firm or leading system integrator
