Job Summary

Consumer Electronics Technology Company looking for great Customer Service & Tech Support Associates to join our Team. This position requires experience in technical troubleshooting, customer service, order processing and data entry. Great communication skills both verbal and written are a must. Good knowledge of working with the latest iPhone's, iPad's, Smartphones, Tablets and Computers. Good experience with using office applications such as Excel, Word, Google Business Apps, Web applications and online portals. Experience with Smartphone & Tablet Apps. Experience with E-commerce and order fulfillment. You will be providing phone, email and chat support to customers and interacting with multiple online systems. You will be processing E-commerce orders and small to medium sized packages. Candidate will also provide assistance in any other task as requested by management. Ideal candidate would have a minimum 4 years of experience in performing customer service and technical support duties. We have availability for both full-time and part-time positions.

Qualifications and Skills

Requirements:

- Minimum 4 years of experience in Customer Service and Technical Support positions

- Great at interacting with Customers. Great phone, e-mail, chat and communication skills

- Great knowledge of the latest iPhone's, iPad's, Smartphones, Tablets and Windows / Mac Computers

- Good experience working with Office Applications, Excel, Word, Google Business Apps, iPhone & Smartphone Apps

- Technology Focused background is a plus. Experience fixing technical issues

- Self-motivated, Self-Learner, Enthusiastic, Hardworking personality, Punctual

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $13.00 to $16.00 /hour
