You will work on a team of motivated communicators, social marketers, and data analysts in a fast-paced DoD client environment to provide strategic solutions to our client’s challenges. As a member of our team, you’ll be a trusted advisor to our clients and will learn to identify and anticipate their needs and propose dynamic solutions. You will seek information and knowledge internal and external to the team, and you will plan, write, and execute inclusive and diverse programs to change behavior, ultimately leading to healthier social norms. You will have direct, daily client engagement with senior leaders.
5+ years of experience with leading a diversity and inclusion or talent management program in a professional work environment
Experience with supporting large scale change efforts
Experience with conducting industry research and literature reviews
Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to develop a D&I organizational assessment using both quantitative and qualitative assessment tools
Ability to construct clear and engaging visualization of diversity and inclusion current state findings and recommendations
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Active Secret clearance
BA or BS degree
Nice if you Have:
5+ years of experience with leading a diversity and inclusion or talent management program within the DoD a plus
Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
BA or BS degree in Organizational Development, Psychology, Diversity and Inclusion, or related field
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
