Customer Service - Seeking a motivated and energetic individual to help us serve our clients
Responsibilities include managing client orders insuring a smooth completion process
Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with clients via phone and email
Qualifications
Must be detail oriented
Must have 3-5 years working experience as a customer service representative in the printing trade
Must be very detail oriented with excellent communication and math skills
Must be reliable, hard working, and able to work in a fast paced environment
Basic computer experience is necessary
Do you have at least 3 years of experience as a CSR for a Printing Company?
