Performs technical HR functions to include but not limited to:
invoice processing, electronic filing & maintenance, employee ID badge creation, processing open records requests, complete employment verification documents, purchasing card processing and meeting coordination.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Create, maintain and update electronic employee files and other correspondence; assist with maintenance of employee files including medical and benefits files in compliance with applicable legal requirements.
- Assist with processing new and terminating employees.
- Responsible for processing of invoices for goods and services received.
- Update and maintain files on HR Drive.
- Prepare all employment verifications; conduct annual fines checks.
A combination of education and experience equivalent to five years of experience in Human Resources or a closely related field
